You certainly are adventurous. Duck for lunch. And, how many people are lucky enough to have chestnuts lying around in their kitchen pantries? But where did the cornbread come into play?
Did the duck fat render out in the 4 hour cooking time?
I do like that you rubbed the orange sauce on the duck itself. Very innovative.
